Emaar Square is a modern mall located in Istanbul, the largest city of Turkey. The mall attracts a large quantity of international visitors. In addition to shopping, Emaar Square offers wellness services, food & beverages, entertainment, and cultural experiences.
The Campaign
Emaar Mall wanted to attract Chinese tourists travelling to Istanbul during the Chinese New Year season. With a clear target group in mind, we decided that the best way to reach the group was via media collaboration. For this campaign we helped Emaar Mall in Istanbul’s social media team connect with Ctrip Precise Advertising.
Ctrip is an established and well known Chinese travel agency company. As an official advertising partner of Ctrip, Waitan/Nordic Friend helped the Emaar Mall reach their target audience of Chinese tourists who had already planned their trip to Istanbul.
